Blanche's take on Postman Pat was funny tonight, Harry Hill's got to feature that surely

I agree with that, Blanche's cynical deconstruction of Postman Pat was priceless. I wonder if she'll do the same with Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy?

I'm increasingly convinced Coro writes these scenes in to bait Harry Hill!

Quite a nice idea for the new Freeview+ ads, using Corrie characters...

Brilliant advert, but how does that work? If you pause a programme for, say, 15 minutes, the schedule is going to be 15 minutes behind for the rest of the day surely? Confused

I lost the chronology in last night's episode.

The couple in John's taxi were on their way to celebrate their wedding anniversary in Mondays episode whereas yesterday they were returning fron holiday .

Rosie escaped in the afternoon yet the Websters were, or seemed to be, still having breakfast.

John is put in a cell during the daytime whereas both scenes either side were night time Confused

Although I don't post in this thread as often as I used to, I do love your little observations on things that slip by the rest of us. Laughing Joking aside it does seem weird how the incontinuity seems to be getting a tad more frequent. We'll be having mic booms coming into shot next.

Absolutely great acting by Helen Flanagan with the kidnap episodes. I can't wait to see the back of John Stape though.. I'm really not keen on the character - or Graeme Hawley either, if I'm being truly honest.

I think that the old couple were returning from holiday after celebrating their anniversary. They had a date to go out for a meal. If I remember rightly Kevin was eating soup so I would say it was more likely lunch time rather than breakfast.

booms coming into shot just like in the 1970s!

I agree, im glad to see John Stape leave as well but I heard they might be bringing him back again next year.

Simon nearly missed his cue to turn the telly off, he went to get up, looked off camera and sat back again, the got up and turned off the telly

at least he has an excuse for acting like a five year old
