Ouch! Shocked
Poor Jerry! I thought that was quite convincing...I nearly fell off my seat when I heard that thump!

was probably a rubber table or something, must have hurt whatever it is as he's a big bloke Shocked

I think number 6 is cursed as it's built on the site of Ernie Bishop's demise Wink

I would hope so...unless ITV have developed a new way of ending contracts Laughing

Indeed. It looks as though he did the stunt himself.

Before my time...but is that why Emily warbles in the episodes beforehand Rolling Eyes Is it something we should look out for?

If its made of anything it would be balsa wood - which has almost no mass and wouldn't hurt very much, if at all.

Look carefully and you'll see the table was pushed up against the couch to stop it moving when he struck it - and even then it did move very easily.

You boys will believe just about anything! Wink

going back a few episodes I liked the reference to Dev being mistaken for Prem's son

bit of an in-joke by the script writers there

Seemingly Sean tries his luck with him but is 'rejected' by Tom who must be a straight bloke who flirts with gay blokes.

Or perhaps he just doesnt fancy Sean!

Well at least it would demonstrate that despite his line in shirts, Tom does have some taste.

And Jerry will wake up in The Royal in 1969, and realise his appearance in Coronation Street was all a bad dream Wink

Or rather Sinbad will wake up in The Royal.

Evermore confusing. Smile

Laughing Ah, but maybe Brookside was a dream as well? Mind you, if you were to wake up after a long period of being asleep in Brookside Close, you'd probably find yourself under a patio... Wink

I suppose that's the curse of playing a very memorable character; in that it stays with you for the rest of your acting career (Leslie Grantham/Dirty Den for instance)!

I didn't watch Brooky-- but I believe Jerry Morton and Ken Hopkirk are similar to Sinbad (in terms of character)?
