Indeed. They wont be able to look at their back garden from the upstairs windows of the museum though now they have covered them up! Wink

An hour long Corrie next Sunday night then, bringing forward the episodes from Monday due to Euro 2008.

liked Freddie's dissapearing trick, one minute he's on the sofa whilst Ashley says goodbye to him then a second later when Ashley plugs the vac back in he's gone Shocked

Put The Telly On
Audrey getting banned from her daughter's house was a classic. Obviously it's been done before with the Hillman case but still funny.

Amazing TARDIS properties of the Rovers being revealed again tonight. Notwithstanding the 3' passageway between the Rovers and No.3, the Barlows have to contend with having beer barrels underneath their living room table as well as urinals next to the TV. Shocked

I thought that to Laughing

and where the heck did the windows come from, come to think of it there isn't even a cellar trap door in the pavement

(the Barlow's live at No.1 by the way) Wink

can the set designers not sit down and say, here's a layout of the rovers, what will fit into the confines of this space to look like a cellar without overlapping into the barlows or the sewage system of rosamund street Rolling Eyes

looks like they have added a rear exit beside the bar where the dartboard was originally

according to a leaked storyline the residents are amazed to find a secret door in the Rosamund Street side of the rovers that nobody's ever noticed before Confused

Has anybody noticed that flash Tony Gordon has been missing for ages? Obviously not, particularly Carla.

And didnt he seem annoyed that Carla has been out on the town. I did love the bitchy scenes between Leanne and Carla and glad the writers havent forgotten what happened as they havent really has scenes together since Paul's death.

Anyway Liam is back a week on Monday apparently, and his equally nice cousin Tom is joining the cast soon too!

Did Gail really expect Audrey to have David back in the salon after what happened? I expect once David does something else bad there will be several scenes with Gail saying "im sorry Mam" just like after Richard Hillman.

Yes, I thought she was wrong not to give him his job back. OK, he did smash the salon window (along with other mindless juvenile vandalism), but he's going to find it hard to get another job with a criminal record. She could've at least let him go back while he was looking for another job.

I like the way Gail and Tina get on so well; there have been some nice heart-warming scenes between them.

He's been in Singapore, apparently Confused

he's a strange character though, bit like the odd neighbour you warm your kids to keep away from

Laughing I think that's the idea of Tony, to be sinister-- a psycho in the making I feel. I seem to remember Liam talking to his ex-wife (formerly Chardonnay off Footballers' Wives ) last year, and she revealed his dark side-- his control freak tendencies and the like.

Sharon Marshall revealed yesterday that a wealthy Asian family is to move into the Street-- the daughter of which will be a love interest for Dev. Let's hope he doesn't get this one up the duff [wink]
