Where have I seen the actress who plays Kirk's ladyfriend? It was bugging me last night.
I thought it might've been the actress who played Edna Miller (the erstwhile morbid cleaner of The Rovers), but I think she was older though?

So it seems from the hints last night (unless I'm completely misreading them, but I don't think I am) that Gail's dad is gay. Could be interesting considering Gail's many less than homofriendly comments about Todd.
On the subject, are we really to believe that Gail's parents look like they do? Both with chins?

Im not sure to be honest - maybe they would leave the terrible news sink in before putting her through the ordeal of delivering the dead baby?

Yes they do, I'm afraid. It happened to a dear friend of mine and the hospital was in no rush to do anything about it. It was only when the mental anguish was making her hysterical, a day or so later, that they agreed to induce.

sorry to hear about your friend, that sounds like medical negligence. also happened to a friend of mine but she was ill and went to hospital where they discovered the baby had died and had her instantly admitted for an inducement.
then again her husband was / is a doctor so maybe a bit of preferencial treatment going on there.

That is disgusting.

Well it pans the story out more and gives the writers more cliffhangers. That said, it's probably not easy to break the news to him just like that.

I still don't understand why Maria didn't tell Liam on Monday. That's just storing up trouble and not very sensible. Surely he would've been more support if he knew.

According to
The Sun
(pinch, salt etc), Tyrone's mother Jackie will be making a re-appearance soon. I'm sure Deirdre will be pleased to hear that
