That crossed my mind too. I just put it down to soaplands magic fairies.

I think the new flats are a good way of using the bonded warehouse facade, they will probably just stick fake windows and balconies on the bricked up windows

I think they meant when the car was driven away from the buliding site (on Wednesday), not to... unless you were being facetious? Confused

I presume Ken drove it off again-- but how did he do it without the workers noticing? I put it down to the parallel space/time continuum that affects Coro. The one that ages small kids overnight and magically moves staircases etc

and erases everybody's memory so they don't notice the difference.

That is not exclusive to corrie though. Emmerdale does it as do 'enders. Hell, even Kay Burley jumps on the bandwagon from time to time.

I see Emily Bishop finally reappeared in Fridays episode then.

Nice to see Michelle will be away for a while - she has been over used this year.

I notice there is only 1 episode on Friday 2nd May at 7.30pm with a repeat of Corrie Family Album at 8.30pm.

I wonder if they have dropped the Friday 8.30pm and moved it back to its rightful place on a Sunday. Or better still dropped it alltogether? Doubt it though although I do miss Corrie on Sunday.

It is a complete travesty that Coronation Street has not been nominated for a BAFTA but rubbish like EastEnders has. Coronation Street regularly gets 9 - 10 million viewers each episode, this clearly proves it is continually the best, beating all the others in the viewing figures.

Corrie's been awful for a year; EastEnders has been slowly improving and is now at a very high quality.

I am first to praise Corrie when its deserving of praise but right now it's not and it's absoltuely justified that it wasn't nominated - it just hasn't been good enough. EE was snubbed last time when it was dreadful.
