have you noticed that no younger characters have grown up and end up smoking, they seem to come in as smokers or non smokers

guess the don't want to encourage smoking

they can encourage binge drinking, extra marital sex, teen sex, abortions, arson, murder, child abduction, bodys under the patio, sorry wrong soap, etc etc

but not smoking because children might be watching Wink

In addition, the older characters can smoke all their life and rarely get any smoking related diseases, yet of course as soon as a youngster has sex, it's either a baby or STD without exception.

In Corrie its almost always an unwanted baby thats a repercussion of unsafe sex. When was the last time someone had an STI?

Very off-putting the way he's playing with himself in that introduction.

just re-watched that scene.......Lloyd actually says... "so' hang on" rather than "Simon" if that's the scene to which you refer.... My housemate can't believe I made him rewind it to check...numerous words echoing saddo were uttered...I'm stronger than that though ha ha xx

That would be Emily at a guess? I could imagine that she has secretly got 'on the bus Hebden Bridge', whilst projecting a wholesome and clean CoE image all these years Wink

You would've thought Gail would've learnt to listen to her mother after all these years, especially if the Richard Hillman incident-- will Gail ever learn?

No, it's not just you. They've tried to give him some extra lines to SHOUT recently as well as the animal noises. It doesn't detract from the fact that the character has run it's course.

I had hoped that his increasing appearances at Vellandro's meant that he would've been inside when Paul torched the place. A good plot development opportunity missed there!

I still think Dev's lovely. A joy to watch. The girl who plays young Amber is very good too.
