Did nobody else notice that both these episodes were set on Monday? I was beginning to think they'd transmitted the wrong ones at frist.

The factory girls asked Carla whether she'd had a good weekend, and Jack was mentioning that it was 18th February (a month after Vera died).

Just seemed abit odd. Confused

I noticed that. I think it was because the wedding was set on a Saturday and Wednesday's episode was set the next day so a Sunday.

Didn't the factory take a day off for the wedding - Carla told them all not to be late in to work the next day, and Tony said that they'd both taken the day off for a wedding they didn't want to go to and suggested a day out somewhere else (before Carla dumped him)?

Maybe the wedding was set on the Friday and she had them work on the Saturday to make up.

Yes, that would seem most likely!

This Morning confirming that Lauren leaves next week.

WHY DIDN'T THIS HAPPEN?!

On another note, can somebody clear this up for me:

Michelle Connor and Ryan Connor - note how their surnames are the same as the rest of the family.

Why have neither Michelle or Ryan got Dean's surname, whatever that may have been? Is there a reason or am I the only one to have spotted this?

Well either his name was Connor as well (Elsie Tanner married a bloke called Steve Tanner so they could avoid changing her name so you never know) or she decided not to take his name. If they were married at all that is - im sure ive heard her mention he was her boyfriend but then in other episodes she has said husband.

Most likely though they thought we wouldnt notice.

good point, say Michelle and Ryan have gone by her maiden name since Dean died how did Alex's family trace Ryan

say his sirname is Andrews, they would have been looking for a Ryan Andrews born 16/01/93 not a Ryan Connor Confused

the whole story is daft from the start because there is no way Alex's 'dad' would have got away with stalking Ryan like that.

Im sure they would'nt of changed there names when Dean died. I think the it was just badly thought out by the corrie bosses.

I'm not to sure about that to be honest, like someone else has said:
Becky and Roy have a good partnership, and then the question would be, who would replace her in the cafe? They should just stick with her in the cafe.

Tina?

The cafe might tame Tina a bit... or not Laughing Fiz could quit the factory after a bust up with Rosie, and end up working for Roy?

I think Becky and Roy make a great 'odd couple'-- very chalk and cheese!
