so corrys on then

despite being told by several unreliable sources that it isn't Confused

it had to be on tonight as I said or it would have knocked the scheduals out

guess they assumed the funny farm programme was an hour

I would imagine Coro would do a similar thing, making copies of the most popular moments, to be used at a moment's notice.

I know it's not really the sort of thing Corrie would do - but when Vera does go perhaps rather than a fade to black it would be nice to see some Vera highlights from over the years.

I suppose it could be done with freeze frames on the credits - as long as ITV1 let them play uninterupted.

Do we know if there are any "Farewell Vera?" type specials planned?

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear I don't think: What I meant was that perhaps Coro kept copies of special moments/epis for other shows to use. Soap awards, documentaries etc

Probably more a case of me not being clear - I knew what you meant and was just going off on a tangent.

Same question though still - any specials at all planned for Vera's exit. even if only on ITV2.

Nothing in the schedules from what I can see. Typical.

I hope they do a special for Vera - she has been in Corrie for 34 years and a regular for the last 25 years so deserves a special.

Have they ever done a "Duckworth Family Album"?
