Well all I can say is if there's enough ice in Gail's freezer to cause a flood, it serves her right for not defrosting it more often.

Oh, and isn't the freezer in the garage? Wouldn't all the water just flow out under the garage door?

I agree, he is dreadful. The actress who plays Casey was far better than him in those scenes.

Also, on a videotape I have somewhere, Craig Harris (in a 2003 episode) is referred to as "Paul" on the subtitles... odd, considering you could actually hear his father shout "Craig" loud and clear. He's dreadful anyway, but when playing angry he enters new realms of awfulness. That whole gritted teeth business...

Corrie got 4 awards at last nights TV Quick/Choice Awards Smile including Best Soap, Best Storyline (Tracy/Charlie), Best Actress (Sue Cleaver) and Best Newcomer (Kym Ryder).

I actually enjoyed last night's episodes which kept me hooked throughout. I thought it was all very well written, which managed to hold everything together despite Ashley's embarrassingly bad acting.

Also, was I the only one who kept being put in mind of the storyline in which Neil Fern's mother was threatening to jump with baby Bethany off the church tower?
