I was trying to work out where Derek fits into Angela's husband list

I was trying to work that out... who's Neville's father?

I was also trying to remember the last time Angela appeared in The Street; I'm sure it was the storyline where Noris went for a job interview and found out it was Neville's firm! I'm sure Angela subsequently turned up at the Kabin, much to Rita's shock. Or is my memory playing tricks on me?

no it's not. that did happen

Angela must have at least one other ex husband who is Nevil's father, as know he isn't Noris' or Dereks and there was no indication that is was Keith barron's character or the other bloke's either.

Derek married Angela sometimes between 1984-86 as when Derek came back in 1986 and invited Mavis out for a meal she was horrified to find out half way through the meal that he was married! It seemed Derek hated his wife as much as the other 3 ex husbands did in last nights episode, as he told Mavis he felt trapped!

Derek mentioned that Angela was a widow so she had at least one husband before Derek, maybe more. Nevllle was also mentioned in the 1986 episode - him and Derek were not exacty best friends going by what he said either. But I dont think Neville was ever seen on screen until that time Norris had an interview at his firm.

I know Mavis and Derek talked about Angela often from 1986, but she wasnt seen until about 1994.

I think that was the case. She must have had at least 5 husbands then. And Neville's wife was just like her!

I think the Corrie writers have hit a new low at the moment..

Personally I'm glad that whole storyline is coming to a close, I've started to get bored with it; Clurr's demented behaviour is starting to grate on me now, "theyre talking about me, you think I did it don't you" ad tedium

don't forget it was a hastly rewriten storyline

I'm finding the storyline with steve and the transvestite photo really annoying, he could do without so called friends like lloyd and jamie using it as an excuse to wreck his relationship with michelle

why the hell didn't eileen destroy the photos when she picked them up, it's just a pathetic storyline
