Horrible storyline, hope it doesn't come to that. As if Gail hasn't suffered enough trauma to last her a lifetime, to wipe out her son and her daughter as well is taking it to the absolute extreme.

And it all sounds engineered to line up the departure of Sarah, why does it mean that David has to go with her ?

. It's only a soap it's meant to have the wooooo factor. Davids head has been **** up, and as any disturbed child will tell you. You either go the same way or complete opposite to those who have a strong influence on your upbringing. So Tricky Dicky may have had a wee bit of an impact on young Davy lad. If the story line means it gets rid of some dead wood then so be it. Can't say i'll miss the platts much and while he's at it hows about sorting out the Websters.

I'll be avoiding that one at all costs then.

Proof if it were ever needed that he's only in Corrie because he's apparently popular. He has no acting talent and now he's being handed his own show. Absolutely ridiculous.

Haven't you learnt yet to ignore tabloid stories?

They either get denied the next day by ITV bosses or they turn out to be a throw away one episode plot. I.e "David to come out as gay"

Yes, a lot of this stuff tends to be exaggerated - although I'm not sure you can exaggerate a spoiler like that. I wouldn't be surprised if something like that did happen though - he seems to like death, does Steve.

I agree with Jez that Charlie's death was very well done (the double episode), but I felt Paul's was rather anti-climatic and quite pointless tbh. There were many ways for him to leave which could have been more interesting than yet another death.

I wouldnt be surprised if there is some truth in the spoiler as I said earlier.

I agree, id have liked it if they had kept Paul alive, however with Sean Gallagher quitting so soon ive a feeling that had to rewrite a lot of storylines they had planned. I think Paul would have been a major character in the show for the next couple of years and I felt the stuff with Michelle finding out about Paul being respsonsible for Dean's death was quite rushed. However the death they did for Paul was good and it will be interesting to see how Carla, Michelle and Liam cope now.

Dear God!! Shocked Bradley Walsh's show must have been really bad for them to go with this talentless vile tw*t instead.

Well he does play himself in Coro after all. As AC has done in every role he has performed on TV, including his own sitcom on BBC 3 of course Laughing

I believe he is quite popular.... after all somebody voted for him to win Soapstar Superstar even though he wasn't the best singer-- all the Canal Street faghags must've stayed home that night Wink

I enjoyed Coro's epi last night, nice to see Jack & Vera sparring again. I like Carla's embittered persona, loved the way she put Sally in her place the other night-- I think the tension between Janice and Carla is great too. I'm sure Carla just wants to make Janice suffer.

Pad: I'm always interested to hear what you have to say on Coro's epis, you have often been critical/indifferent to individual Coro epis recently. So Pad-- what makes a perfect Coro epi for you? Geuine question there Smile

Well, if you lived with Claire wouldn't you want to! I would think something like that would be mandatory after a couple of years marriage.
