The thing is I don't pay attention in any scene with the Mortons in - I can't be bothered to watch them!

I felt the same but they seem to be less family orientated a bit now which helps... i.e. Sinbad having a crush on Eileen, the son friends with David Platt etc. That said, they don't do much for me.

Ive not got much enthusiasm for them either - Jerry and the twins are ok but ive no time for the others. I have never really taken to Jodie.

The Connors on the other hand are great and their absence this week has been noticed.

Nikki Sanderson was on Loose Women today, and stated that she is not returning to the Street later this year, despite rumours to the contrary in the tabloids.

It wasn't just a rumour in the tabloids though - it was confirmed by a Street spokesperson - even BBC News reported it as fact. How bizarre.

Not that I'm disappointed or anything.

Yeah I thought that strange too. She found the rumours amusing though-- she was quite insistent about it not being true! Confused
