Doubt it - does she have any links to Les? Its for Sarah's wedding she is coming back for but often in the past very few friends and relatives return for weddings and funerals so there is totally no need for her to return IMO.
I think that was a reference to Status Quo, since Les is currently touring with a rock group tribute band thingy. So Candice could drop in on old pals, Les would pester her on all the SQ goss, and Candice ends up getting Les a job as a roadie for SQ. Something silly like that.
Gail's sourness these days brings her the bad luck; her being bitter all the time is going to engender favourable treatment towards her!! Or letting David get away with his acts of enormity.
Alison King is a great actress. My only previous experience with her was the Cleaner Close ads, hardly a great showcase for anyone's thespian skills... but she has really impressed me with Carla.
Can't say I liked Carla at first; but she plays the sharp, not-to-be-messed type excellently-- Carla has grown on me.
Good acting all round by others involved in the story. Even if Sean Gallagher (Paul) corpsed
. Or that Liam and Janice failed to notice an accident only a few yards down the road in front of them

Jason isnt leaving. However I wouldnt be surprised if they split up again and she just left.

The reason there is a Corrie double on Friday 15th has now become clear - there is no Corrie on Sunday 17th due to the F1 and then the Britain's Got Talent final.
So that means a few weeks ago when there were 4 episodes of Corrie due to Football on the Wednesday they have actually dropped an episode. A miracle before our eyes, less than 5 episodes of Corrie a week on ITV1.
