Can't see any ITV2 specials line up, but "Corrie in the Dock" is on next Sunday on ITV1 - so if it does air that might be when.

Surprised actually ITV haven't used this as an excuse of finally making money from premium voting via Corrie by getting viewers to vote on the outcome.

She's got to be found guilty. I heard on radio 1 today that both endings will be shown. Jack P Shepherd said that after the official verdict the alternative ending will also be broadcast, probably on itv2. I can't wait till Monday.

Oh, that'll be nice to see the other ending. Can't wait.

Yes it will be good to see the alternative ending - if only to prove they did actually film 2. Sometimes I dont believe them when they say they film 2 endings - spoiler pictures yes, filming no.

Yes, I know what you mean. It's usually just for publicity but maybe they're telling the truth this time.

Two endings is believable - even though the producers would know all along which one they'll use and have almost certainly only filmed the follow up scenes relating to it.

The ten supposed murder scenes in Emmerdale - yeah, right!

I very much doubt there are two proper endings really because they would also have to film alternative scenes for the differing outcome in the following episodes and the reaction on the street. Given that Corrie is on a tight schedule filming wise, I doubt they'd have time to do that.

SquareEyes Jack P Shepherd said on radio 1 to Sara ' gobshi7e' Cox that we would see both endings. He said it was true. He could be winding us up but i hope not.

You never know... it doesn't take too long to say "guilty" (elation, hurrah, you're free to leave) or "not guilty" (you're going down, sob-sob) I should think Wink

I wouldn't be surprised if JPS was telling porkies though as a wind-up Laughing

But its not just that. As Square Eyes pointed out they would have to show all the follow up scenes as well with everyone reaction to the verdict.

Of course, they may have just filmed two scenes in the courtroom for when the verdict is delivered with the intention of showing both anyway as some sort of gimmick or whatever you want to call it to get people to watch whatever show it will be on (maybe they'll tag it on to the end of the ITV2 repeat - have a sort of 'What If?' scene). Anyway, I'm rambling - but I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard to do two versions of the same scene - then again, maybe Jack was just having a laugh.

EDIT: Ignore rest. Embarassed

Anyway, interesting (kind of) story on the front page of The Daily Star which says that Kate Ford cannot leave her house because fans are constantly pestering her to see what the verdict will be.

Not sure if that warrants the front page but then this is the Daily Star.

The story isn't about Kate Ford, it's about the actress that plays the foreman in the trial.

Oh, I apologise. How embarrassing, I read it wrong. Ignore me. Embarassed

If they have filmed two endings it will only be either the jury foreman saying 'not guilty' or 'guilty' and Tracy looking either very very pleased or very very pi:ssed off. it's only a few seconds of screen time.

as had already been said the follow up scenes would have been done by now anyway, other wise they would have to have stopped filming for three weeks in order to know which ending would be televised and which follow up scenes to film.
