Quite a few have switched from Emmerdale to Corrie, but I think it's the state of the business that soap actors, however hard they try, often end up remaining soap actors.

The Bill is filled with EastEnders stars, while Holby and Casualty take the leftovers.

The ITV drama 'Mobile' seems to be having a brookside reunion.

they have Ollie Simpson (Michael J Jackson), Nissa Batra (Sunetra Saka), Adam Mcoy (Josh McLoughlin) and Vicki Gates (leanne Powell),

liked the in joke in Brookside when Vicki Gates left to join 'The Bill' Leanne eloped with a Policeman

wonder if we'll get any sinbad in jokes in Corry

Perhaps it's made by Lime Pictures?

A good two-hander tonight - showing EastEnders how it's done!

Can't recall Corrie doing many two-handers in the past - I think there might have been one when Richard confessed to Gail, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Anyhow, love Deirdre's new nickname - "Sexy Specs" - and the moment when she seemed more concerned Tracy might have slept with David than murdered Charlie.

I think they have only ever done one true two hander before and that was between Curly and Raquel.

I thought that was one of the best Corrie's I've seen in a long time. Two strong characters and quite a rollercoaster of emotions. Very well written and acted.

Tonights episode was excellent, the two actors were excellent! Very strong emotions etc and well played acting.

With the two handers, I think their was one with Richard Hillman and Gail Platt.

Re the Richard and Gail epsiode, I think Sarah and David appeared briefly in one scene, so it wasn't literally a two-hander.

Coronation street is the best and number 1 soap! Smile

If EastEnders can only respond with Ian Beale being threatened in the toilets by one half of the Bully Brothers, of course it is!

EastEnders? Get the name right... it ought to be DeadEnders! Wink

Yes Sarah and David appeared in that one so it wasnt a two-hander.

I thought it was terrific. Best episode of Corrie this year if you ask me. Very well written and Anne Kirkbride put in a brilliant performance. Kate Ford was also very good but she was outshone by Anne.

good idea to have the go outside for a few scenes, makes it more easy viewing, Eastenders seem to stick in one room with two handers which can get boring. Brookside did a few two handers but not sure if Emerdale has

"Two endings of the Coronation Street murder trial storyline, which starts on Monday, have been filmed to prevent the final outcome being leaked. Tracy Barlow, played by Kate Ford, filmed scenes in which she was found both guilty and not guilty for the murder of her partner Charlie Stubbs."
