I remember reading somewhere that they are planning on doing

Another thing I meant to mention the other week, I wish they'd make new or at least update the current Coronation Street Family Albums

They repeated the Barlows one a week last Sunday and the story finished at 2004!

I agree with you there. The Barlows one was shown in late 2004/early 2005 originally.

They only seem to show repeats of them as schedule fillers these days e.g. when they dont show Emmerdale on a Sunday due to a 1 hour "special" during the previous week.

One family i can't stand has to be the Platts! They are so annoying and David, is the worst out of the lot. My 12 year old cousin idolises him and wants to act like him. I told him it would be a waste of his life then!

I especially hate David's hair (my parents reckon it looks 'poofy') and the way he speaks, more like the way he slurs and he always ahs his mouth open, which reminds me of Forrest Gump for some silly reason Laughing

The Peakcocks are getting on my nerves at the moment without Fred they're just not as good in the show

Terrible mistake killing off Fred, even if John wanted to go.

Last I heard, Liz Dawn had the incureable lung disease emphysemia(sp?) - for example, she needs to have an oxygen tank behind set during most scenes. Terrible shame that she isn't in Corrie much these days.

I totally agree about Vicky Entwistle - ive always quite liked the character of Janice so I didnt mind when Steve Frost saved her from the axe. She is a lot better than Cilla. I do prefer Janice on her own though rather than with Les.

I also think Janice is a decent character. I think the factory especially needs a gobby character like her.

Has anyone noticed though that since she lost all that weight, she's beginning to look like a fake-tanned Lorne Spicer?

(or is that just me?)

Nice touch with Deirdre's 'blurred vision' tonight, I thought. A good episode tonight. Sunday should be brilliant when it all finally comes out.

That's sad news, shame about that always liked Jack & Vera and noticed they hadn't been in it much of recent. Is Bill Tarmey (Jack Duckworth) alright I know he had a few health problems a little while back.

From Radio Times website;

Corrie in the Dock

Thursday 5th April 10:00pm - 10:30pm

As Tracy Barlow stands trial for the murder of her boyfriend, we go behind the scenes with actress Kate Ford to reveal the story behind the street's latest legal drama, and also remember some of the Street's other days in court. The line-up includes Mark Eden, Wendi Peters, and Charlie Lawson - who spills the beans on Steve McDonald. Jane Danson reveals how the Barlows are worse than the Battersbys, and Anne Kirkbride talks about Deirdre's trial and the Free the Weatherfield One campaign.

Reasonably good episode tonight. Tracy made me laugh with her line about the cigarettes when Deirdre was having another panic attack. Can't wait for Sunday now. In fact, all of next week should be brilliant.

for those who watched Corry confidential it was interesting to see the scene in the Mortens which we saw being recorded

interesting story unfolding with clare and casey. Wasn't Clare's maiden name Casey?
