I'm not really into sexiest male so I voted for Liam as a certain member seems to like him Wink

Thanks Steve : Smile As you can imagine it took me ages to decide who to vote Sexiest Male Wink My vote of course went to Mr Rob James-Collier.

For Sexiest Female I voted for Alison King since she is a lovely looking woman IMO.

I wonder if the layout of the voting pages will favour Corrie. On many PC screens, you can only see the Corrie nominees when the page loads, and you have to scroll down to see the rest. I can imagine people who have no opinion might just click on what they see first... maybe.

Possibly. Although they have always done it in alphabetical order of soaps. It obviously used to be Brookie first.

I noticed there was no voting form in Whats on TV today when usually there is the same week voting opens. Typical that as soon as the WOT becomes more Corrie friendly with covers. I wonder if it will be in The Sun tv magazine on Saturday or will voting just take place online this year?

I voted kim ryder for that one, don't really see the point of sexiest anything, I watch for entertainment value not for a turn on.

anyway there does not seem to be that many awards we can vote for like best new comer, best dramatic episode etc. How do we vote for them?

They're all decided by a panel - which is probably for the best. I think in terms of the Soap Awards it really is best left up to the experts!

I'd imagine Ellis Hollins (Tom in Hollyoaks) will win something this year - they always love giving something to a kid - well, except the year Sonia from EastEnders got it when she was about 21!

Actually id prefer it if the viewers voted for all of them. Why should a panel made up of so called "experts" (experts in what? soaps? TV? lol) vote.

He won something last year so I doubt he will again.

So what does everyone think about Steve Frost's tenure at Corrie so far? He's been the boss for a year now, with his first episode being the one in which Ed confessed his dark secret to Emily (great episode, that).

Since then, the Connors have arrived, he's axed Diggory, Ronnie and other deadwood characters and masterminded the Cilla cancer plot, the death of Charlie Stubbs and David Platt's increasing... well, evilness.

But has he done enough? What do you think to Steve Frost's work?
