could anyone tell me what's happening on Classic Corrie on G+ lately? I haven't been watching as frequently as I did.

Evidently you haven't been watching.

Otherwise you'd know that the "G" (Granada) part of the station's name has long-since been dropped, as has the "Classic" prefix on Corrie re-runs! Wink

So what? I refer to the station as G+ anyway. I also call the episodes of Corrie that show on "Plus" Classic Corrie! I occasionally look through the episodes and today I watched the 12pm one.

Another great episode tonight.

Although I was wondering if anyone fancies joining me in letting off a dirty bomb in the front room of the family currently on the Cadbury sponsorship? Just a thought...

Great episode tonight, especially when Martin kicks Karl in the stomach!

I think the Sally storyline is going a bit over the top for my liking.

Sally was great in last night’s episode. Im also liking the storyline she is involved in on the Plus episodes at the moment.

It was also nice to see Maya back in the show last night after a while away

Although I personally prefer Corrie to EastEnders I do despair when I see people here expecting the Beeb to pull EastEnders because of lower than usual ratings. There is no way EastEnders is going to go. What would they have instead? Another year of a trial soap doomed for failure like Eldorado? EastEnders may have poor ratings but it is still the well established flagship for BBC-1.

I agree malcyb - as much as I hate EE I cant see the Beeb axing it unfortunately. Although I dont watch it so couldnt care less what happens to it 1 way or the other, at least if it did go Whats On TV would have to put Corrie on the cover more often.

Anyone catch the BBC Four episode tonight? Well I only saw the last 10 mins (I did set the video and I did leave it on BBC Four this morning but all I got was a blank screen! Evil or Very Mad ) anyway I thought it was quite good, very old style, especially with the bit in the Stateley hall where Mr Walker and Stan Ogden run out for the free beer was very funny.

Can we have more please?

BTW guys, I've mocked up some new titles for Corrie!

You can see them in the Mocks section of this forum. Please let me know what you think over there! Smile

This should be good on Friday, you can't beat a good pint throwing in the Rovers.
