Its a shame so many people are casual viewers these days and will only tune in for a big episode such a Charlie's murder.

Perhaps; but we know what type of person that is, don't we?

Is Charlie left-handed though? Remember those two CID officers have their doubts! David might be asked in court, which hand Charlie picked up the knife with. Since he didn't actually see the crime take place, he might assume the right-hand... think about it

If charlie had attacted her left handed she would have injured her right hand in self defence.

The inevitable result of too many episodes I'd guess.
Interesting to hear Tesco is considering sponsoring Corrie, which probably wouldn't be a bad choice, although I think a 'cosier' brand would be more appropriate - something like Tetley Tea, or if it was to be a supermarket (and it pains me to say it), maybe Morrisons.

Just spotted on the Network DVD site that, 'Coronation Street Rarities' is due for release on 30th April. There aren't any more details, but sounds like it could be interesting. I wonder what's on it.

I assume this will be going in the 5pm slot. I can see this being yet another flop, and deservedly so. ITV need to make an effort at finding a good show to work in daytime, this is just lazy.
You assume wrong. It's going to be on at 3pm from Feb 12th

Interesting. I wonder what they could be.
Talking of Network DVD's - I got the Elsie Tanner one yesterday. Havent watched it yet, but a shame that the 3 episodes the chose have already been released before in the 60s/70s/80s box sets. If it wasnt so cheap at £3.99 I wouldnt have bothered getting it.
