sorry that's not the right one but it has some interesting photos

Funnily enough I was wondering the other day which other countries Corrie is broadcast in these days. I know it's popular in Canada, but does anyone know where else it goes out?

It's quite popular in New Zealand as well broadcasts on TV One (it's been getting Corrie since it first started)

It also shown during the daytime in Australia - can't remember though if its on Australia's UKTV Channel or not!!!

I agree about Number 5 - its disgusting. No excuse for people to live in filth like that these days (and yes I know its not real Wink )

No excuse for people to act in it either to that matter! Number 5 is one of those houses which I would say 'should be burnt down and rebuilt'.

Unlike the newer houses on the otherside of the street the interior of the terraced houses are set on Stage 1 (building - the one with the elongated diamond shapes - that was predominant at the end of ep1 and beg of ep2 tonight) so there is no real excuse for it to smell (if it realy does)!!!!! Although I must admit, even I commented to my other half tonight that it is about time they did something, even if its just a lick of paint - when was the debacle jacuzzi episode again, 2 or 3 years ago???

Anyone here feel sorry for Chesney? Cilla lied to the whole street about the cancer scare, she runs off to Orlando, Les has to work overtime to pay Cilla's debt she owes to the Street.

Les feeling tired when he gets in, poor Chesney has to fend for himself and only 12!

It's a tv drama. In reality, Chesney (or the actor who plays him) lives in a huge house and eats well. So, don't worry so much.

Duh, but I'm a Corrie watcher, never mind... Rolling Eyes

apparently the set of number 5 is never cleaned or covered with dust sheets when not used so it gets really mucky, and it really does smell, according to whoever she is off GMTV who interviewed some corry stars on the set once.

the even numbered houses are studio sets to, it's only the garage, builders yard, butchers and health centre which are filmed on the exterior set.

I liked the new cadburys sponsors, especially the CCTV perspective with the correct date showing.

rather quiet episode last night, mainly focusing on Chesney. I don't think Amy like her dad though, she gave Steve a really dirty look when he kissed her Mad

How months behind are NZ and Australia with their episodes of Coro?

BTW: Did Mad Maya's burning down of Dev's shop come before or after the jacuzzi incident chez Battersby?

I'm surprised that there are new Cadbury sponsor credits given the sponsorship isn't being continued. In fact I thought it was supposed to have finished at the end of last year. Anyone know what's happening?

Judging by this digispy article the ads dont finish till the end of this year.

Ah right - ta for that. Thought it ended sooner.

I think the agreement runs to the end of this year. However if ITV can get a new sponsor in the meantime by mutual agreement the Cadbury's sponsorship could end early.

Somebody asked how far back New Zealand and Austrailia are with the story lines so here's a short episode sinopsis for today's episode in New Zealand, dated 21st Jan 06 literally a year behind.

Quote:
Jason is getting back with Sarah after ditching Violet. Jessie is leaving to become an air hostess (after years of training in a knicker factory) and Sally Finds out Rosie is on the Pill.

Austrailia is 19 months behind with todays episode dated 20th June 2005.

Quote:
The Charlie and Shelly story is in full swing with Charlie taking her out for a meal where she panics when asked to order and runs out. Tracey is demanding Roy disclaims Amy as his daughter which he refuses. Lloyd is helping Claire to drive the taxis and Blanche is organising her hip replacement.

For the record Canada is 8 months behind with todays episode dated 5th May 06.

Quote:
It's the episode after Adam Hit Danny over the will issue. Becky is getting in the way at Lloyd and Kelly's flat (prior to him embarking on his six month UK tour as Lord Lucan) and Frankie is getting it together with Nathan.

They are about to see becky make a play for lloyd and David leave himself a get well card

Australia are further behind I think. A friend of mine went there a year ago and said they were seeing episodes from late 2003 at the time.
