Does anyone know what song was playing when Gail was in the car? I've heard it hundreds of times and want to download a copy, but have no idea what it's called.

IIRC, the song was Jamelia - Something About You.

I hate the Michelle and Steve storyline as its so boring, but it was quite amusing when she threw her dinner in his lap! Smile

Yes it's possibly the dullest storyline for ages... it's dragged so much too, I really hope they never get together as it's so boring to have this kind of way of getting two people together - so contrived. Either get her and Steve together - or not. Have to say though that the dinner in the lap was a bit obvious - but it made me smile when she asked if he wanted gravy!

I think Michelle's son (forgot name!) could develop into a good character.

I am not liking Michelle as much as I like the rest of the Connor family. It was mentioned tonight that Carla has a brother in prison so that could be a future storyline for the Connors.

I agree about Steve and Michelle, I hope they dont get together as it would be so boring but I bet they will Smile

During Soapstar Superstar I saw an advert for Corrie's upcoming murder. Why do they always have to spoil it, I can understand them promoting it but some of us want to wait and not spoil it.

Jonathan Harvey has wrote about three episodes in the past week, and surprisingly all three have not been up to his usual standard. Disappointing.

Yes tonights wasnt up to his usual standards but he can only work with what he is given in terms of storylines and tonights main storyline with Michelle and Steve is boring.

The scenes with the Barlows and Blanche was well written though.

Agreed. And I love Maggie Jones, she delivers her lines brilliantly.

I did like the scene at the end with Deirdre as well.

I did like Jason's reference to Ricky Gervais's Extras when talking to Tracy "Are you having a laugh - is she having a laugh?" Laughing Even though the episode wasn't his best, only Jonathan Harvey can add things like that.

Enjoyed the first episode tonight, good to see Peter again, although how obvious that he comes back for a visit as soon as Shelly and Bev have moved on!

Looking forward to part 2!
