Well him having two jobs is stupid anyway. It's hard to give his character any real purpose. They love Sean so much (for some unexplained reason) that they feel he needs to be at the centre of everything, so you've got him at the factory, then at the Rovers, then being involved in the Framie storyline, then being involved in Violet's storyline.
All that, and Anthony Cotton isn't that good of an actor. I'm sick of him now.

I was surprised that Eileen was so far up the list as she seems to be underused - apart from the recent storyline with baby Holly.
Im still not sure whether I like Sean or not - sometimes he is ok but sometimes he is annoying. I think I prefer him with the factory girls, not so keen on him in the Rovers.

They have definately started using Eileen alot more though in the last year or so - definately the best actress on the Street.
Agree about Sean - and also Steve and the likes of Mike and Fred before him - why do they always have just a couple of businessmen who run every other business on the Street?

I am not surprised at that, there was a stage last year where he was in practically every scene
As others have said, he's there in the factory, in the Rovers, at Eileen's etc, why he has 2 jobs I don't know, and how does he manage to work 9 to 5 at Underworld and then evenings at the Rovers and not fall asleep!
I wonder who would be at the bottom of the list? Diggory?

A friend of mine keeps a record of all the episodes characters appear and I thought people might be interested to see who does the most work, so here are the top 20 for 2006. Thanks to my friend Paul for letting me post his list here;
01) Sean - 165 eps

Diggory was number 68 having clocked up 16 episodes!
Carol Baldwin is at the bottom at number 75 having only done 4 episodes in 2006. People like Carla, Paul, Ryan are near the bottom but they have only really just joined in the last few months.
Of those who have been in it for the whole of 2006, the person who comes lowest is Yana at 19 episodes, followed by Amber, Jack and Betty.

Many people have 2 jobs, I used to work in an office 9-5, then in a pub 4 nights a week, it's really not unusual for Sean to work those hours, although it does make it appear as though he is involved in almost every storyline.
I agree about Eileen, such a great actress playing a well written character. She makes me laugh with the way she delivers some of the scathing comments to people!

Sophie - 65 episodes
Chesney - 60 episodes
Josh - 44 episodes
Amy - 40 episodes
Bethany - 32 episodes
As for Sean, well some people might need 2 jobs but I dont know why Sean does. Surely it cant cost that much for his rent at Eileen's house!
