I dont think anyone knows for sure whether he jumps to his death or whether Jamies pushes him, or if he doesnt fall at all.

I havent put this as a spoiler as I dont know Smile

From what I've heard Becy was originally to return in November and make a play for lloyd. As the actress was contracted to return before Lloyd was suspened they had to rush up a story for her.

I thought we weren't doing spoilers now? Make your mind up Jez.

As Jez can't decide whether or not to have spoilers covered or not...
This week Corrie is set to have one of its most dramatic and show-turning weeks yet with a bumper six episode run which sees the exit of Danny Baldwin and the arrival of Carla Connor.

As the repercussions of the canal fight hit Frankie, Danny catches up with her and thinks that now they are even - both have been hurt - they can start afresh. She soon puts him in his place, and later tells Jamie she thinks Danny will soon move on. However, Danny is in a dark place and consumed with upset, drives to a secluded viaduct. After coming dangerously close to acting out his dark thoughts, Danny returns to the street and, after a confronation with Liam, breaks down in tears. Liam grows concerned about Danny, and rightly so; Danny returns to the viaduct and drops an empty bottle of whiskey to fall to the depths, seriously considering it being him next. Again, he manages to regain himself and return to Weatherfield but almost out of nowhere, he scrambles into the Street and waits for Jamie. When his son finally arrivess, Danny orders him into the car. Danny slams his foot down and drives off extremely fast. He finally stops at the viaduct, for the third time in the week. Danny stands at the edge of the viaduct and commands Jamie to let Frankie go - or he'll jump. Jamie refuses to do so, and on request joins Danny on the edge. Events rapidly get out of hand and Jamie realises only he will return to Weatherfield after what is set to be one of the scenes of the year.

* Cilla is told she has cancer and has to have an operation. Unfortunately Les sleeps with Yana before he gets the news. The family gather at her bedside before she goes under the knife as Les feels immense guilt.

* Tracy continues to manipulate Claire and by the end of the week Charlie is suspicious of what Tracy is up to.

* The Underworld Christmas party gets underway, and Carla Connor arrives, instantly making her presence felt.

In tonights episode it was mentioned it was Les and Cilla's anniversary. Didnt they get married on 30th October last year?

I felt sorry for Danny at the end, I cant believe how horrible Frankie is being to him. Is she forgetting that she led Danny to believe they would get back together. She is just as much to blame for the whole mess as he is.

I thought they'd confused Les and Cilla'a anniversary as well, you know how ~~~~ soaps are at continuity. bearing in mind they completely forgot about easter I wouldn't expect them to remember a wedding anniversary

Birthdays are another great example - most characters have one every decade or so.

Since watching that my friend tells me they got married for real at the registry office (as the 30th October 'wedding' wasnt legal?) so perhaps it is the right wedding anniversary afterall!
