5,000 posts is pretty good, must be one of the most popular topics.

last night's episode was quite good with Audrey going to the dogs literally and metaphorically. the final scene in the Webester's yard had some naff continuity since Eileen's back door wasn't closed in the background

Ive just been reading that Danny leaves Corrie on 1st December Shocked

Apparently he tries to kill himself after finding out about Jamie and Frankie. I was surprised he is leaving so soon as another source said he was leaving at Christmas/New Year when Frankie goes.

Apparently he is coming back next year.

Since this Jamie/Frankie storyline *puke*, I liking Danny more and more than Jamie.

The Jaime-Frankie storyline is SICK!!! I mean this is the person who's brought him up for the past 20 years or so!

Couldn't the writers have thought of a less gross way to write out the Baldwins? Also, surely this means the rumours that Warren will be returning can't be true as what would be the point of his ear-splitting screech returning to the Weatherfield cobbles again if the rest of his family had left?

Ive always liked Danny more Wink I also find him more easy on the eye than Jamie believe it or not Surprised

I was really surprised when I read in the spoilers that Frankie and Jamie get together - she thinks of him as her son for heavens sake. It just doesnt ring true that she would see him in a sexual way. Regardless of whether they are blood related he should be off limits to her.

Im really going to miss Danny/Bradley when he leaves. I hope its true that he is coming back next year.

Jez, I thought this thread was spoiler-friendly now? Confused

As much as he should be off limits to her, she should be off limits to him. Jamie has become really creepy in this storyline, I don't like it. Still looking forward to the resolution.

That's the only thing I do like about this storyline, and it really should have been focused on more. I would have liked to see him attempt to manipulate her, or perhaps lie to Danny that they slept together. I don't like the way they've gone, with Frankie reciprocating. I find it rather disturbing, and I don't think it's been built up to at all. We were given hints a long while back, but then it was never mentioned again until now - overall, I don't think it has been executed very well and I do find myself yawning at times, which is rare for me, as these days Corrie is of a high standard. My least favourite storyline at the moment I'm afraid.

It's convient that Debra's pregnancy coincides with the autumn/winter period, so that they can wrap Frankie up in warmer clothes, without anyone noticing why she's big in the belly area.

So far it's working better than the Jane Danson cover up from earlier this year.

Yes it worked better when Sally Whittaker was pregnant in 2003 as they put her in a winter coat!

Debra is leaving the show for good though so will be leaving a while before she has the baby.

Well I can't imagine how they could have incorporated a clipboard into Frankie's storylines. Wink
