Nice second episode. I liked the shots at the end with the river in the background.

The singing was quite good, but it would have been better just Rita on her own, I think, instead of the likes of Les guffawing over the top! Overall some good episodes tonight.

Audrey's right - the youth of today have no respect.

I'm only just watching the 1st episode, but the shot of Ashley walking through from the living room to the bar really showed the incredible difference between the size of the interior and exterior sets. The hallway, stairs and living room are basically in the middle of Rosamund Street. , the kitchen is inside the Chippie!

I noticed that too. Maybe thats why we dont see that shot very often.

Good episodes tonight, however I agree about the Jamie/Frankie kiss. Went on for way too long. And putting aside the fact that they are practically mother and son I dont think Jamie is Frankie's type.

Also we got a terrible match with the interior and exterior of Danny's apartment. Looking up the the balcony we saw a dingy bedsit brightly lit with a paper lantern.
Hardly the sheek muted interior with candles Frankie was sitting in.

Is it just me or does Blanche just steal the scene everytime she appears?

Cilla's face cracked me up, with her chav like chewing looking like she doesnt have a care in the world .
