I think Maxine's cat disappeared a while before she was killed by Richard Hillman! They seem to forget about the pets in Corrie, Monica and Schmichael go weeks without being seen however at least they remember them eventually!

Im suprised they didnt re-take the final scene before the break again, as Tracy was standing against the wall the picture on it almost fell off.

I heard on the radio that Craig Charles who plays Lloyd is returning to Corrie in the New Year.

I thought the falling picture was funny as well, also the disappearing woman in the long shot of maria getting out of charlies van. In the next scene she should have been visible passing behind maria

Oh no, not Craig Charles back He adds nothing to the show at all.

Well I thought he was one of the better characters introduced last year compaired to Diggory, Keith and Nathan. However I havent missed him since he left.

Considering he didn't have an exit storyline, how are they going to explain his sudden re-appearance, presumably one day in the taxi office.

He will probabaly just turn up as if nothing has happened. Im sure that happened with Dev when he was suspended.

Yeah, did they not do that with Dev? He was just back in the shop.

I dont think they really have to explain absences of minor characters anyway. Sunita is often mentioned and the actress has left the show so we never see her, but the character is still living locally.

And when Sally Whtitaker went on maturnity leave in 2003 they didnt need to write the character Sally out, we just didnt see much of the Webster family for a few months and when we did it was only Kevin in the garage or Rovers.
