An average kind of episode tonight I felt. The storylines just moved along quite nicely but not a lot really happened.

The best scenes were Norris, Reet and Emily in the Rovers - Norris is so annoying though, its a wonder neither Reet or Emily have strangled him before now. Smile

I loved it when Emily and Reet were struggling to hide their laughter at Norris' "perfect Bank Holiday visits": The Lawnmower Museum, Barometer World - and the Cumberland Pencil Factory ("Why go all the way there to see pencils when we've got a whole shop full across the street?"). Laughing

For those interested, the Cumberland Pencil Museum, The British Lawnmower Museum and Barometer World are all genuine tourist attractions!

Kirk got a lot of abuse in yesterday's epi:

Fiz: "Kirk so boring, paint watches him dry"

-and-

Noris: "The brain never takes a holiday"
Amber: "That's not true: Kirk's brain has been on a deckchair in Blackpool since 1999"

He probably deserved it, wearing a t-shirt saying: "It's hard work being this good-looking"

Interesting that they did special opening titles from that episode. We also got longer than usual closing titles on this episode with the full theme - shame we never get the full theme these days.

Yeah, It was nice to hear the full closing theme, I bet ITV would be cross if credits went on for that long these days. Laughing

too right, 1 minute and 42 seconds of closing titles, that's almost a third of a comercial break, think of all that advertising revenue you'd loose Wink
