It was - as was Monday's: brilliant exchange, absolutely brilliant, about poetry involving Blanche, Ken and David.

"Not as good as My Dog Spot."

I liked the episode too, one of the few to be filmed almost exclusively outdoors as well.

I think a good closing shot would have been for Craig and Keith to pull a final fast one on Charlie by locking the keys in the house or pinching all the fuses, just to have the last laugh

That was an excellent line - Blanche was on form as usual!

Well Corrie should be back on track from Monday with the episodes screening on the right day again!

Laughing Although, Keith did smash the window. Charlie picked up on this, and Keith said: "So sue me"!! Brilliant parting line. Laughing

They should be back on track tomorrow as the hour episode two Fridays back were Sunday/Monday episodes with Sunday's episode being the 2nd Monday episode. Last Monday's double was Wednesdays and Fridays episodes and with no episode on Wednesday Fridays episode was Sundays (todays). So with no episode today we are back to normal tomorrow.

... apart from the weird timing of tonight's double episode, of course.

Disappointed with Shelly falling for Charlie's charms tonight. It would be good to know that she keeps the strength of character we have watched her building for many months.

Perhaps as a parting shot she could inform Tracy of Charlie's transgression on the bar of the Rovers - in front of everyone?

Ho ho ho.

How predictable was tonights Episode,Who'd of thought Shelly would fall for charlie just before she left Rolling Eyes

Then again we had "Sean" looking for daddy,While also having the 2nd rated Fred trying to make ago of a business sellings pizzas

Not very, as you are asking. Seeing Shelly and Charlie kissing was downright unexpected.

Well she does tell Tracy.

I do think that they were making a mockery of the character by allowing her to succumb to his 'charms'. However, I still think it was a terrific episode. I liked the effect of the Steve's car passing by the window when Shelly and Charlie were kissing in the pub.
