Oh him - he was the guy who posted loads of petitions here before being banned I think. He has also posted that very same post and petition on another forum I post on.

He also did a post saying since Bet Lynch left the show in 1995 the show has gone downhill as she was the most loved character. Everyone knows Hilda Ogden is the nations fave. I never liked Bet and Julie Goodyear IMO was a very poor actress, especially towards the end. After watching some of her early episodes on the 70s DVD set she was hopeless back then too but not anywhere near as bad as later episodes. Anyway sorry about that rant but I really hate Bet!

Have to say I do agree with him that the cast is too big and there are too many episodes but thats all I agree about.

I agree that the cast size, and the episodes are on too frequently, however on the cast there are some really rubbish actors, and some good ones, on his list he wanted to axe Chesney and Cilla!
IMO Ches and Cilla have added light relief to Corrie.

there are probably as many people out there wanting to axe individual tv programmes as there are tv programmes to axe

nice attitude, i don't like it so nobody else has the right to watch it

i have a more logical approach to programmes i don't like

i don't bloody watch them

back to corry, if gail had taken david out of school in reality the education welfare office would have paid her a visit by now

why do you insist on writing like this

you're not on msn now

are you

anyway

The David storyline is starting to annoy me immensely - partly 'cos the actor playing David has such a gormless expression on his face. He's one whose head should be on the block waiting for the axe, with the whole Platt family.

I dont mind the Platts, i think Sarah and Jason's wedding could be a huge, if done right. It would be nice to see a wedding without a hitch.

I like Gail, she is a strong family value person. David - i just dont like his hair, but his acting is ok, its not brill - but it will do.

I like Gail but the rest of the Platt's can go especially Sarah as she has been overused for so long and they have run out of ideas.

I've never been on msn so what gives you the assumption i have. my writing style has nothing to do with that. its called paragraphs, separating different subjects of my post with a space so it is easier to read. i was under the impression this was a TV forum for discussing TV programmes not a pagination forum for criticising peoples writing styles.

it would make me very happy if some of you bothered to spell check your posts before you send them but i don't get personal with those of you who choose not to.

No sponsorship credits tonight. Has the deal with Cadbury ended, or is it just suspended while Cadbury recall some of their bars following the Salmonella scare?

Also, did you notice the Eileens front room has become deep purple and Gail's kitchen blue? !

yes i noticed that too. Also noticed seans mum played by the same actress who was connie clayton years ago, and they lived at number 11 (don't put paragraphs in your posts you'll upset Mr hall)

Nothing wrong with paragraphs, its

lists

like

this

that are not needed and annoying. Would help if you used punctuation and capital letters as well but I must not moan.

Anyway, Jane Danson must surely be due to leave now? They're hiding her bump behind tables now.

OK, point taken, not sure if he meant my spacing or my observations were annoying.

I'll blame my 1970's/80's vegetation, sorry education on my abundant lack of punctuation, I couldn't write due to undiscovered dyslexia so i was deemed too thick to learn anything.

Back to corry, i'm wondering how the taxi storyline with lloyd and steve will pan out now that craig charles has been dismissed for drug taking in front of a daily mail photographer.
