I was wondering what was happening to the factory set for the past 2 to 3 weeks with all the coverings that suddenly appeared at the back of the factory and then, overnight, a set of stairs appeared for the "new upstairs extension" just were the office used to be!!!!!
When that part of the street was rebuilt that was only a very small works unit which steve had for many years for his T-short priniting business with Vicky (btw the actress who played Vicky, Chloe Newsome???, now works as a receptionist at The Housing Corporation in London. On one side were the new houses, on the other side was the garage whilst behind it was an old factory - which does seem to still be there (the Granada Great Warehouse which will be the new ITV Manchester offices in a few years and it once housed Granada's Upfront studio!) - so where has this "extra" space come from??????

The building behind the factory is actually the Museum of Science and Industry, in the Corrie world it is meant to be a brewery I think.
The warehouse building you are thinking of is the one behind the health centre/old Graffiti club building.

There is a couple of interesting storylines to come, especially after tonights episode. The following are very hypothetical - I have not read them anywhere and are from my own imagination.
FIrstly Frankie Baldwin now has the villa in Spain - what's the betting she find a copy of the more recent Will of Mike's????
How is Leanne Battersby going to leave - Jane Danson is soon to have maternity leave?
Frankie's bloke, Nathan, is due to leave soon
Becky is coming back with her family in tow so the "single white female" storyline will probably restart with Kelly wanting to get her revenge!!!
I also get the feeling the Joshua storyline will come back with Dr Matt seeking to gain control for his son
Possibly a "happening" summer for Corrie.

I was thinking tonight - what is the point in watching Corrie in the next few months!
All the main storylines seem to be being tied up now - and I can't really spot any interesting new ones developing!

Typical Deirdre and co again tonight, going out on the town again!
I read this suggestion elsewhere, maybe they could do a summer spin-off with all those women going on holiday to Baldwin's villa. It could be shown in one of those 10pm slots a bit like Hollyoaks do. I'm sure ITV bosses would like the idea!

Possibly, but does look different when I am sat at my desk overlooking the Coronation Street from my office next door to the set!

Both solicitors must of been in the same room then as the convo went something like this,
Danny-'How much? You have got to be joking. I am not offering a penny more.
Frankie-You must be joking. The villa is the only thing of any real value!'

How come Frankie and Danny we're able to speak to the same solicitor at the same time? .
They were talking to different solicitors obviously.

It all seems weird... maybe the two solicitors had conferred before they both phoned up Danny and Frankie at the same time... perhaps scriptwriters did it for comic co-incidence, by interspersing the conversations

Don't you all feel so sorry for Claire? The poor girls trying to enjoy her pregnancy and every part of its being ruined by that Dr Matt and his actions. Not arguing about him or why hes doing what he's doing but you have to feel for her. She's getting totally pushed aside and ignored.

I've often wondered about those strange belts that Deirdre wears. They always have the effect of drawing attention to her bulging midriff - something I'm sure most women would want to play down.
