I've just visited the official site and the episode preview doesnt back up the NOTW article. Every detail is given away..caps and all. The outcome however, sadly, is still tedious

How obvious. From what I had read in The Sun's theTVmag (which, coincidentally, is quite boring), I thought that the card sender might have been (highlight) Craig .

If The 'News Of the World' is to be believed it's really not worth the wait.

The mystery card sender is...

Maria!. The connection is so tedious and goes back to a storyline I'd completely forgotten about anyway. Apparently she is still bitter over Gail coming between her and Nick. So after all this time she's decided to get revenge. Rolling Eyes

A tedious ending to a tedious storyline that ran way way way too long.

Lol, Never believe the News of the World, remember that BanksOriginal!

So it was David afterall then - I actually thought it might be Sarah since she would know all the relevant dates and Richard's handwriting.

A bit of a disappointing ending really.

Whats that referring too? If Gail was a normal mother she'd have thrown david out the second she found out....

No she wouldnt. She is his mother and no matter what he has done she still loves him. She is still deciding what to do.

It refers to you constantly posting tabloid stories full of "An ITV Spokeman said...", "An insider said...", which generally means it's made up.

Anyway,
At least David being the sender is realistic, unlike Maria, Craig, Violet etc!, The storyline isn't really over though, it was more about how the cards effected Gail and her family, than just who sent them

I'm disappointed that it's David, but at least it wasn't Rosie like some tabloids said. Rolling Eyes

No chance,You'd disown him straight away then sit down and have a long hard think about what doing next,I know if it we're me,I'd be Homeless by now or be at my nans.It did show Gail in goodlight though

So you're basing this on what would happen to you and that's typical of how everyone would react is it ? I think you'll find that many mothers would react exactly the way that Gail did tonight.

Many wouldn't want to think the worst of their kids, and instead think it reflects badly on their own parenting, after all it was Gail that brought a murderer into the home. No wonder he's got issues.
