according to one news source sobna gulati was replacing Denise van Outen in where the heart is which i understood to mean she would be playing the same character, like Brooke Vincent replaced Emma Woodward to play Sophie Webster, for example.

Yes -but most people's common sense would have kicked in when they first questioned the credibility of an Asian woman playing the same character previously played by a Caucasian woman.

Steve McDonald will soon have a one night stand with Kelly according to today's 'Mirror'. He then starts a relationship with Frankie. They start flirting in the Summer then get serious in the Autumn.
Also according to 'This Morning' Archie Shuttleworth will return to undertake Mikes funeral. He stays on for a bit and gets into a love triangle with &

I am currently working on some Coronation Street fanfiction and I've posted it on Digital Spy to positive reviews, so I thought I'd try here! Before you ask, it isn't a school project, coursework etc, it's just a little project I've set up and I'd love your views.

I almost didn't bother with that but I had a quick look and it's brilliant! It's excellently crafted and written wonderfully! I love how you've got more than one strong storyline going on, and the tension is really rife throughout. I like how you brought Todd back and that woman with Tracy - is it Karen?
Liking the Matt/Claire stuff too.
But the best bit is the stuff with Mike by far. It's fab!
Can't wait for Episode 3. Great work.
