you are right about filming order, jonny briggs did his last actual scenes this week which were interior scenes in frankie's house yet he filmed his dieing scenes outside the factory last week
this is quite common in most filming where all location work is filmed before interior studio work, it is easier to film all the episode's scenes in each location together rather than moving about between sets
so when for example sally took rosie off to the moors they would have filmed out on the moors first, then the street scenes where she takes rosie and then all the interior scenes on the webster's set in the studio, they are then edited into the right order.
so the characters final words are not necessarily the actors
i wouldn't be surprised if they have filmed a characters funeral before filming them dieing

Kate Ford (TV’s Tracy Barlow), Bill Ward (her screen lover Charlie Stubbs) and Richard Fleeshman (Craig Harris) all go.
A Corrie source said: “It’s an absolutely amazing exodus - virtually 20 per cent of the cast.”
New producer Steve “The Iceman” Frost is also dumping Ray Fearo (mechanic Nathan Harding), Susie Blake (Bev Unwin), Emma Stansfield (Ronnie Clayton) and Eric Potts (Diggory Compton).
The Sun has already revealed that John Savident, 67, (Fred Elliott) is quitting the soap. Sally Lindsay (Shelley Unwin) has also quit.
Shobna Gulati (Sunita Alahan), left in January for ITV’s Where The Heart Is. And Jane Danson (Leanne Battersby) is leaving to have a baby.

It's no comparison really - it's the writers which are the main problem with EastEnders!
Most of the characters going are little more than extras anyway - or surplus to requirements now their main storyline is over. Fred and Shelly going are the biggest losses but it opens up possibilities of bringing new life into the Rovers.
Can't say I'm particularly upset about any of these going - it's just a shame they can't take Dev with them!

Street Trio to STAY, Insists Show
From BBC Online
Coronation Street producers have denied reports that three of the soap's stars are leaving, adding the trio have all signed new contracts.
The Sun claimed Kate Ford, Bill Ward and Richard Fleeshman - who play Tracy Barlow, Charlie Stubbs and Craig Harris - would leave the long-running show.
However, an ITV spokesman said: "The three artists have all signed new contracts in the last two weeks."
Johnny Briggs filmed his last scenes on Monday after 30 years as Mike Baldwin.
His exit from the programme - also involving his arch rival Ken Barlow - will be broadcast in the UK in April.
Richard Fleeshman was this year's winner of the ITV1 song contest Soapstar Superstar.
The 16-year-old beat colleague Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland in the show, in the final in January.
ITV declined to comment on the nature of the actors' new contracts.

Yes because you always have to bring Eastenders into the discussion - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I had the radio on in the car on the way home and it was also said on there that Corrie bosses have denied these departures. I wouldnt be too upset to see Charlie or Craig go anyway, but id like Tracey to stay.

There's no point discussing it now, as it's been denied anyway.
I have to say I believe BBC Online more than The Sun!.
That 'it's 20% of the cast' line is the worst. More like 2% of screen time

They do need to cut the cast by at least 20% though I think.
