Good to see Betty back tonight. Just getting her usual word in with all the gossip.

Tracey is being so selfish as usual isnt she, saying she will be there to put Amy to bed and be there when she wakes up and it wont make any difference. Children of her age are known to wake up during the night asking for their mum and she wont be there. Deirdre and Ken should take Amy round to Charlie's and demand that Tracey comes back home and if she wont either leave her with Tracey or take her to Steve. Its a good storyline though. Charlie has got her right where he wants her, for now.
Nice to see Betty again tonight with her usual few lines in the Rovers.

Why is this a "filler"? It's been on the cards for some time; it's not just sprung up from nowhere like fillers usually do. Fred and Bev getting together seems a logical step and a good, credible story to me.

Few bits of Corrie news from the Sunday papers, apparently Bradley Walsh being lined up for an ITV chat show, replacing Paul O'Grady. But due to Corrie commitments may have to be made in Manchester.
The Mirror also details Mike Baldwins final scenes which are supposed to go out in April didn't realise he was leaving so soon.

Im not surprised by this news. He was good as a stand in on Today with Des and Mel, however I hope this doesnt mean we will see less of Danny in Corrie.

Yeah on the subject of Bradley Walsh, he was doing stand up on the pier in Blackpool last summer (Central I think, but I'm not sure), I think he does more outside work in the north west. I remember he started later on a Monday because of the Coronation St filming schedule.
