What is wrong with David? Do you think he was warming to Phil or was it all pre-meditated, the finger slamming etc?

I thought he was warming to Phil until the whole 'serial killer' talk. I don't know why, but I found it highly amusing when Sarah slapped David halfway onto the sofa!

Indeed the fun and games with the Platts was great tonight.

Gail not caring about Sarah and Jason breaking up, Sarah going over the top, David loving every minute of it, nobody listening to Gail etc

Norris was good tonight as well, as were the factory girls

The scenes with the Platts tonight were Corrie humour at it's best.

Sarah slapping David at the end was classic!

Sarah Platt is such a selfish cow isnt she. She cares about no-one but herself. David and Gail were good though tonight.

Ha ha ha!!! Also, yesterday after Sarah's row with Jason in that restaurant, David reaches out for a slice of pizza and takes a bite but doesn't actually bite into the pizza - he just bites thin air - no pizza goes into his mouth. Watch it carefully and see. Reason I noticed htis was cos I recorded Harry Hill on ITV2 at 12.45am last night and just recorded the end of Corrie when this bit happened.

Probably a plastic pizza. He seemed to enjoy it though.

i thought he didn't bite it either, maybe jack (the actor) doesn't like pizza. Noticed on tv when people are pretending to drink they speak too soon after 'drinking' leaving no time to swallow.

DEIRDRE AT IT AGAIN
By Brian Roberts

CORRIE'S Deirdre Barlow is about to get up to her old adultress tricks again - only to be blackmailed after a one-night stand with a stranger.

Anne Kirkbride's character has her drunken fling on a girls' night out.

Liz McDonald (Bev Callard) then persuades Deirdre not to confess all.

But her louse lover visits the town hall where Deirdre, works and says he'll tell hubby Ken (Bill Roache) unless she OKs a planning application.

A source said: "Anne is thrilled at getting such a great new storyline."

------------

Sounds OK. I just hope Ken and Deirdre wont seperate again over this.

I just read that Tyrone dumps Maria and not long after gets together with Molly. I dont see the point in Molly or her father to be honest.

Sounds utterly dreadful. Why can't a single Corrie couple be HAPPY?

I agree. Mind you Diggory does make me laugh at times, but Molly really is irritating.

I don't think you've ever mentioned that before...

I like Molly by the way, but then I was always a fan when she was in Emmerdale. Diggory is only there to occupy a shop and be refered to!

By the way Coronation Street is on the front of next week's What's On TV. The first time this year (and probably the only time until about May!)

Im sorry but Molly and Diggory really irritate me, even more than Crabby and Nathan and thats really saying something!

So I see, with Sarah Platt and Richard Hillman. They only put Corrie on the cover so people would buy it thinking Hillman is actually coming back into the show.

All About Soap also has a Corrie cover this fortnight for the same storyline, I subscribe to that mag so have every issue and until today they hadnt had a Corrie cover since Shelly and Charlie's "wedding" in September. Rolling Eyes I find TV Quick the best magazine for Corrie covers, they have one for this week (Sarah/Jason/Violet) - id lay money the only reason they give Corrie more covers than the other mags is because Corrie won best soap in their awards 2 years running - its obviously their readers fave soap.
