Dev and Sunita - yawn! Rolling Eyes

I can't believe there's three episodes of Corrie just to compensate for I'm a Celebrity..!

More good comedy from David. Plus good scenes with Vera & Roy, and Fix, Kirk & Molly.

To be honest the Dev & Sunita storyline isn't taking up much of the episodes

and a guest appearance by Jack Duckworth, what more do you want

"R'Jack was in the Gazzette once, for drink driving"

It has been quite good tonight so far, but it doesnt need 3 episodes, there is nothing special happening. Not like the this time last year when we couldnt wait to tune in at 10pm to see what happened next.

Sally was good in the first episode I agree. Dev/Sunita isnt that bad as they arent in it as much as expected and I like Sunita anyway. And nice to Jack and Vera in it.

Nice episodes tonight, though the Jason and Sarah antics in the alleyway/backyards was a tad dire. Loved Fred's comments, though - and the scenes with Carol were powerful indeed.

On a side note, I can't wait to get the 1980's box set! Could you please tell what other episodes are contained on there please, Jez?

No need for 3 episodes at all last night.

Though not the best storyline, they'd have been better off delaying the climax of the Ronnie / Steve storyline a couple of weeks - that would have leant itself to a triple bill more naturally.

They didnt move into the street until November/December 1989 so they were hardly characters of the 1980s. However yes I agree they should put that on the DVD set, I know they are in the episode when Alan gets killed by the tram so maybe they will appear in a few others.

Corrie logo on one line tonight. I know, how exciting.

Instead of

CORONATION
STREET

We were treated to "CORONATION STREET".

Good episode though. (10pm I'm talking about) even though it should have aired this Sunday. Rolling Eyes

What a brilliant episode.

Absolutely excellent. Corrie is just SO good with drama like that. Compared to some recent episodes (the wedding) that was just superb.

Very nice info there Jez, can't wait to get it!

Tonight's Corrie was alright (I haven't seen the 10pm ep yet), it seemed better than it has done of late.
