I think the aftermath will be more gripping, have you seen the new trailer? Yes another very good trailer has been produced

Yes the aftermath should be really good, poor Angela not only will she have lost her husband but she will have the fact she was one of those indirectly responsible for his death on her conscience, as it was her Katy believed about the Martin/Sally "affair".

Ive not seen this new trailer yet. Is it just me or are ITV going OTT with all these trailers and publicity? Ive been a regular viewer since the 1980s and only in the last 2-3 years they seem to be getting desperate for viewers and aiming at casual viewers to tune into sensational storylines, while its us loyal viewers who stick with it through thick and thin.

I don't think they are going too OTT. I saw the new trailer in Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, it's very good.

The trailers for both Emmerdale and Corrie have been superb over the last couple of years - since Killer Corrie I suppose.

Completly different in style to the programmes though!

I agree with you there Brekkie Boy.

The current trailer (featuring the news reporter) is rubbish!

She just hit him over the head with a wrench for goodness sake Laughing

Wasn't Maxine hit over the head with a wrench by Killer Richard too?

I think she was. They probably couldn't think of anything better than a nice, heavy wrench.

The news report calls it a quiet neighbourhood - seemingly forgetting that a serial killer struck two years ago. Hopefully Richard Hillman won't be forgotten in this plot.

It's a shame that Richard Hillman was killed off (undoubtably!). I said at the time they should have just let him disappear, presumed dead.

It would be great for this storyline if there was a genuine fear that Richard come back to Weatherfield and struck again!

Maya was brilliant - better than Killman and Killer Katy put together. She must return!
