As for Maya, considering we know nothing of her family it be brilliant if they bought in her identical twin or something!

Good idea, Sasha Bahar is a brilliant actress, she must return.

As for Killer Katy - it's bad enough these storylines are leaked to the press without them being promoted in the trailers themselves. Although obviously no surprise to the viewer, I imagine Tommy's murder won't be a premedetated act. Not seen the trailer so can't comment further!

It's a shame most the Harris's are going - I think they bring something quite different to the street compare to the other families!

Ive only seen the trailer once and from what I remember its just Katy walking down the street looking emotionless, and then there is a voice over. Looks quite good though.

The promo looks really good and the street looks really dark and scary. The promo is like one of those public service ads.

'This is Katy Harris...'

It's quite good and effective.

The promo was just on in Emmerdale. Shame I only realised at the end of the ad as I had my Win TV running to get a capture of it.

From the Mirror

TERMINALLY ill Ray Langton hugs daughter Tracy and ex-wife Deirdre in Coronation Street.

With only a few weeks to live, he has come home to say his final goodbyes.

And taking the poignant photo is Street busybody Norris. The scenes were filmed at the Lancashire seaside resort of Southport yesterday and will be screened next month.

Neville Buswell, 61, who played womanising builder Ray almost 30 years ago, has returned to the Street from his home in Las Vegas. In April, soap fans will see him breathe his last in Corrie's 6000th episode

In TV Quick there is an interview with Lucy Jo Hudson and she says she is filming Corrie until the end of March, so obviously Katy will be on screen quite a few weeks after her father's death. This is good as it will allow the scripts to deal with the aftermath of events etc. She also says there are five different endings being considered for Katy so the rumours about a suicide havent been confirmed yet, so anything could happen.

I have to say ive warmed to the Harris family in recent weeks, although Katy is still the worst out of the family.

I guess with Claire looking to become a Tram Driver that repetitively rumoured storyline of a tram crashing onto the street looks ever so slightly more likely!

And what's with Ken and Deirdre getting married next week - EastEnders slippery slope began when couples were getting married within a month of getting engaged - and in the case of Kat - engaged and married twice in three months!

They arent getting married next week, the wedding gets postponed and they end up getting married on 8th April. They have been married before so I guess there is no point in them waiting a long time to get remarried.

Maybe then Claire can apply for a job on the Tube and cause a crash some where in the Eastend. Laughing
