Rubbish! Roy was living in the Crimea flats with Deirdre when he came in; Deirdre thought Roy was stalking her and Mike threatened to evict him. Not sure about how things went from there but I think Roy was horrified at the thought he'd been scaring Deirdre and we realised he was a harmless guy who keeps himself to himself.
Can't remember; it was ages ago now! Anyhow, the character of Roy can only be a good thing; it shows those who may be perceived by others as oddballs/anoraks etc. are no less a person and have a lot to offer. Like running the local cafe.

I can't believe how angry Ken got with Deirdre last night. I so thought he was going to hit her! :O
You obviously haven't seen the footage of way back when Deidre had an affair with Mike Baldwin and Ken found out. William Roache was apparantly so wound up in the scene he nearly hit Anne Kirkbride and she was genuinely terrified throughout! I thought Ken was going to hit Tracy not Deidre! Blanche was amazing giving Tracy that slap.
And to think you could've watched boring old EastEnders on the other side and missed it!
Yes, fantastic moment last night when Ken went off on a rage and tipped up the table !!
The tv magazines for next week are full of "Hillmania" and there are pics in the TV Times of Richard putting on Aiden's jacket and baseball cap after drugging him.
Today's Sun confirms the character to be murdered is Maxine, with pics from the filming of the funeral only yesterday. They all seem to be having a good laugh in that pic !! It's available on-line on the sun website.

Apparantly they filmed two different endings for the storyline, so it still may not be her.
Saying that, I think that might have just been the murder itself, so it could well be her. :O
There is a fantastic Corrie trailer going out from today it features Richard drinking in the pub, Shelley asks him if something is wrong and he says :
"I'm just wondering which of my neighbours would look the part in a nice mahogany coffin".
Then we get scenes of some of the potential victims, Archie shaving, Audrey sitting bolt upright in bed mixed in with scenes of a coffin being led down Coronation Street and Richard talking to camera saying things such as
"I'm not finished"
"It takes a life to save a life"
"Whose going to miss one little old lady"
It ends with "Killer Corrie" and a ITV1 logo, the trailer shows the sponsor name "Cadbury" as well. The best trailer I've seen for a soap. Really good.
