Anyway I read in one of the Sunday papers today that once Hillman has left the show they will be bringing back Jon Lyndsay the man who put Deirdre in jail. They are hoping he will be a replacement for Hillman and didnt corrie get really high figures when Deirdre was sent to jail back in 1998?

I've never noticed that but I think Niamh Cusack and Sarah Lancashire are very similar and Niamh could easily take her place in ITV1's Golden Handcuffs.

Awww the first episode was fabulous as the reality of the situation finally started to make sense to Gail.

Now then, I hear that Audrey is to get a spin off series from this storyline. The opening titles will feature Audrey sat at a typewriter to some plinky plonky piano music, the series is to be called, "Murder She Yelped".
