Yeah thats a good storyline - what do people think of the Nelson's? I dont mind Angela but im not keen on the others.
I reackon it would be good if the tanner family came in - It would have to be Elsie's grandchildren though - her daughter married someone called Cheveski so it would be that family.
Im sure the writers will come up with something new - as long as its not Sally having an affair with someone as thats been done to death.
Is there any other men on the street for Sally to have an affair with that she hasnt before? Fred?
BigBRO
LOL well I always thought she could have an affair with Jason who used to work at that shop - there was definately chemistry between them. And sexy Sal isnt bad looking is she!
Well I remember reading in the paper the other day that Sal would have problems with her teenage daughter Rosie - but I reackon an affair with a much younger man would be better.
Sally has hardly appeared since she married Kevin in early December. And before that storyline she was hardly ever in it.
Talking of Rita and come to think of it, Mike haven't had a decent storyline for months now
Martin Platt just drinks in the Rovers, but I bet u a tenner he will be back with Gail by the summer.. that's if she survives the car crash of course!!!
Yeah there are lots of characters underused - Betty only works at the rovers now and hardly ever appears anyway. And the Duckworths and Rita havent had any big storylines either.
Thank God you lot aren't the storyliners... 'Sally should have an affair!' Very inventive... Actually maybe you are the one dimensional minds who do write the storylines! If they can't come up with one idea for Sally in the 15 or so years she's been in it that doesn't involve her sleeping around, they should start to worry.
I'm actually amazed at the laziness of it all. It's like the standard Storyline safety net - an affair! Brilliant, Drinks at 5pm.
I do agree that Corrie has a huge number of characters who have been knocking about for years doing very little. It does make it more realistic, I guess. But characters like Martin, I think are more popular than they are given credit for.
