I doubt it. If that was going to happen, it would've already been mentioned in the red top tabloids.
If anything, there might at least be a serious life threatening accident on the cards for them, but
no-one actually dies. Maybe one or both of them will end up in a coma for a few days/weeks.



Now that'll be funny, as long as doesn't end up like the Crossroads fight in the fountain!

I do hope they don't split up Steve and Karen, theyr'e great to watch. How many car accidents have there been in Corrie over the last few years, please no more. I thought Sally's shop was going to be a charity shop, or has that idea gone for good?

Yes, Andrew, I have. But Wendi Peters doesn't do that in real life or jiggle the head. It would be a shame if Cilla went. I can't stand her but she's one you love to hate. Kate Ford on the other hand can leave immediately and shut the door behind her on the way out. She's so awful most people I know don't care about Tracy because she's not projecting the correct emotions, always grins or frowns in the wrong place, has little inflection in her voice so when she's shouting she might just as well be saying 'hello' and is the worst actress in the history of the show.

I don't believe a lot of those rumours. After all, the last one about Sally was her and the kids would be killed off. The one before was the whole Webster clan would be written out for a while until Sally came back from maternity leave. If Sally Whittaker was leaving, they would have said by now. These rumours are 95% wrong and always have been. After Brian dies, they said Gail would become a man-eater and what happened? Martin Platt!

Do we really need another unplanned pregnancy? Maria, Tracy, Sarah. I'll be glad when Kieran Roberts repetitive influence is long gone!

I agree with that Rita, I think we've had enough pregnancies in the last year!

Excellent episodes with Peter Kay on Friday night, I hadn't laughed at a soap opera like that in such a long time, lots of great one-liners and visual comedy. Well done Peter, Sally, Janice and Daran Little.

I know that Peter hasn't the time to commit himself to Corrie on a full-time basis, but it would be great if Eric could return in future episodes in cameo appearances.

And thanks Jez and Rita for clearing up the Rita Bates info - not unlike a Guinness book to get its facts wrong, eh Mind you, that book also spells Deirdre's current surname as "Rachio"...

Whatever happened to Terry Duckworth coming back? I thought that he was going to return, and get together with Tracey-love to form the Street's answer to Bonnie and Clyde!

According to Ananova and Teletext Bradley Walsh is joining the show in a 200 grand a year deal to be the long lost nephew of Mike Baldwin!, in a bid to be the Street's answer to Shane Richie. He will appear in May and is the first of many big name signings by its new producer Tony Wood.

I don't like the sound of this.

Please god NOOOOOOOOO! Bradley Walsh is one of the smarmiest, most annoying, punchable people on TV, in fact I've always said he was the worst person on TV. I'd rather keep Nick the Plank and Cilla in it for ever, and have corrie on once a week than let Mr Walsh pollute it.

This will be an absolute disaster. It can not be allowed to happen. .

Message to Mr Wood, if I wanted chripy cockney wide-boy Alfie Moons -I'd watch Eastenders - no offence to cockneys - but that's part of the reason I can't stand it.

I have a horrible feeling Corrie is going to go way off course again under Mr Wood.

Rather suprisingly he was in the episode on Granada Plus this morning, still in Prison of course.

And that's based on what? Rumours? Media speculation? A year ago, Darren Day was supposed to be joining EastEnders.
