I take it that episodes are now out of sequence ? Tonight's first episode is clearly the 2nd of what should have been the Friday two-parter ?

Yes they are out of sequence - they missed 4 episodes last week (2 on the Monday and 2 on the Friday) but added an extra Wednesday and Sunday episode so I think tonights should actually be last Fridays episodes??

I find the storyline with Sean very irritating and completely boring. I feel nothing for Sean as a character and don't care whether he finds his son or not (harsh maybe but true)

The music went a little wobbly going into Part Two just now!

I thought he looked different too - they are obviously trying and failing to turn him into a Liam clone - he will never measure up to Liam Laughing

Amusing coincidence with the Beryl Bainbridge line, passed away last week and was in Corrie in 61. Late minute insertion perhaps?

It was the same actor playing him, he's just been cleaned up a little bit! Razz

I completely agree.

The only saving grace from this may be an off-camera storyline where he leaves for a few months to go searching for Violet and his son. I can always dream!

I'm also finding this Lloyd/Cheryl storyline utterly boring too - I've started skipping some of the scenes even. The whole programme for me at the moment is a big snooze. The only saving grace is the Audrey/Lewis thing.

I don't agree entirely, there have been some brilliant scenes written by Jonathan Harvey over the past few nights, but, as you say, it was mainly the Lewis/Audrey dinner round the Barlows.
