To be honest ive not missed Kevin at all, i much prefer Sally with Tim, i just hope the writers don't ruin the characters and split them up when Kevin returns.

Yeah, he admitted doing cocaine, that's not nearly as bad as being a sex offender.

Suspected sex offender - though that's not as bad as posting a couple of dodgy videos on Youtube.

Yes it does seem a bit odd that many Corrie stars have admitted taking drugs and remained on the show but Chris Fountain was sacked for something seemingly just as or potentially less harmful to the show's reputation. I suppose it's all a matter of opinion on what's "worse". Bruce Jones is another potential example, though we probably don't really know what he was like to work with.

You could definitely see the difference in size of the set last night. More wide shots used and it was obvious it took longer for Marcus and Maria to reach the edge of the street when she was hitting him. Looks much more realistic though.

Yes, Marcus was having to do a lot of running to move across the set.....

Someone on flickr got a good picture of the new "street" facade replacing that old picture through the Rovers viaduct

Considering that the bridge and view down that end of Rosamund Street only appeared in the 2000s, they could probably get away with just a few mentions about a 'new development' (in the style of Victoria Court) to explain the change.

Then again, they may not mention it, as when Ashley/Clurr's stairs suddenly moved overnight. Laughing

However, in view of the trouble they have taken to recreate (as near as possible) the Quay Street set, I don't imagine it could go unmentioned, as it's such an obvious change.

"Ooh Norris, I notice the lower end of Rosamund Street has rotated through 90 degrees."

Something like that? Wink

I dont think they've actually showed down Rosamund Street in a long time, there's always been a brewery truck in the way.

Have they got rid of the door at the side of the building, which was only recently added?

Nah, it's just a bit further along
