Given the error, the fact UTV doesn't see it and that it now seems to nicely fade in as the announcer says it, I think its safe to say it is now inserted live. Clearly the wrong title was edited in.
Is that text added in live? We never get it on UTV anymore, used to though.

It's not as if these mistakes are a regular occurrence. It's the sort of thing that happens in Hollywood blockbusters with many millions of dollars spent on them. Mistakes can happen on Corrie once in a while if they can happen in those films.
that is just shoddy camera work, due to ITV having them churn out endless episode like a production line they have no time to do retakes, quality not quantity is obviously not the ITV mantra
