New music at the break too!

Silly, melodramatic script aside that was the best episode of Corrie I've seen in a good few years. They really weren't overstating the expense - absolutely spectacular.

Yeah should think it'll win some awards.

Best episodes of Corrie in a long time, beats Mad Maya imo, just because of the fire scenes, the explosion was brilliant

Glad they updated the font and end of part one tune

strange that on the EPG it's got Corrie listed as two episodes and also the CA just said " In a change to some billings, Corrie is on tonight at 8:00 and 8:30 - as though there two programmes! Laughing

Not really they are 2 seperate eps afterall.

Do you use a Laughing at the end of every post?

Yeah, I know. But wasn't sure if the episodes were going to be "separate" as such - although now I can see why they did it. It was the next day, so made sense.

And yes I do have a habit of doing that! Laughing Laughing Laughing
I end up putting a Laughing after everything, because on here you say something intended as a joke and people take it as though your being serious and can get all funny! Whereas if you put a smiley, they know your joking!

I can't believe some idiots are STILL comnplaining to offcom about these episodes being show, they can't not show them at all

and continuity issues with John and Chesney being in school / not in school as if Chesney was in school for an exam then John-colin Stapefish should have been working as well, this should have been Monday's episode so schools would be back.

I thought the explosion was well done - certainly better than the Corner Shop blaze in 2004. Also looking forward to the verdict in tomorrow's episodes. Smile

I was thinking something exactly along the lines of the last few bars of the opening title music would work much better for the "end of part one" music - and low and behold, something like that has been adopted! Sounds so much nicer.

That would never happen.
