They filmed two endings. So Kirsty might not be going to jail.
I could see Kevin being written out in a Len Fairclough style, off screen in a car crash or something. It could provide an interesting storyline as they decide who gets baby Jack. Would Tyrone have him back?
Molly's parents would probably take him.

So the article I read in one of the Sunday tabloids was true then.

Or alternatively it is very lazy journalism of the Daybreak reporter who is reporting on what a tabloid paper said three days earlier!

If the timings worked out, they could always finish Kevin off in the fire.

Only if LaVelle says he won't come back should he be found not guilty. They can't sack him before the trial.

Perhaps they should kill him off in the fire and then if acquitted he could return months later suffering from amnesia ala Harold bishop?

Or ... they introduce Kevin's previously unknown twin brother Bevan Webster, who's been living in Australia since 1983!

Just been over to Media City UK as I work nearby and yes we cannot see anything other than the new ITV building and what looks like bricks near the new set.

It's a shame really as it would have been good to see the street.

Maybe a trip to the top of the Imperial War Museum Of The North may get a better view.

You could see a bit from the top floor of the multistory car park at Media City.

Thought it was worth mentioning that according to this article Virgin Media launch a new advertising campaign tonight that will interrupt the opening credits of Coronation Street pretending that the programme has been deleted.

Back to Kevin Webster, I suppose its not totally out of the question to recast.

It was rubbish. It couldn't have been anything else without breaking several Ofcom rules and guidelines though.

I sincerely hope they bring the lady who plays Gloria's fiancées wife in as a permenant cast member.

What a great actress and would be great alongside Sylvia.
