What makes me laugh is that there is a warning - if people are likely to be offended they shouldn't watch!
The people who are offended are not necessarily the same people who complain. The people who complain generally complain because people could be offended, not because they are offended themselves.
so if they are not offended themsleves - I see no reason to complain. Have nothing better to do more like!

Some people have a strange need to feel involved in television shows. Complaining to Ofcom is just an extension of voting during I'm a Celebrity. When Ant and Dec say they have had a million votes, people like to know they are one of those million. When the Daily Mail report that Ofcom received a hundred complaints, people like to know they are one of those hundred.

Because ITV1 HD doesn't have a CA talking over the credits, I can only assume that viewers on ITV1 were informed, of Wednesday's merge of Friday's 9pm & Monday's 7.30 eps, for the hour at 8pm.
Otherwise complaints would flow in
(As everyone has had a say I add, I do not complain, what is done is done, a decision is made tough luck if you don't approve)
SD viewers were told the next episode was on Wednesday at 8pm, but it wasn't as clear as I would have liked.
Hopefully it will be mentioned a lot over the next few days or I can see the siege conclusion ending up being one of the least watched episodes of the year.
I think ITV did the rite thing last week. For people who where even the slightest bit involved in last weeks goings on in Cumbria (i.e friends & family of the victims and injured, and even people around at the time), to go home and turn the TV on and see someone shot like that would of been horrific,
But I have to say, the eppisodes have been fantastic so far, a lot better than they have been over the last few weeks/months (some people would say years...)
The Gail trial seems a bit stupid, anyone who knows a bit about sailing (I dont know much) knows that the boom can swing, and if someone doesn't know what they are doing, it is very easy to get hit by it.
The Platts have had 1 storyline after another since 2000!
I agree about last nights episode - I could have easily watched another hours worth of Corrie!
well we will come tomorrow!
If last night was good, I've got high expectations of the explosion episodes ( although I've proberly got too high expectations and then I'll end up being dissapointed!)

Well I meant straight away not waiting 2 days!
Im looking forward to tomorrows eps but ITV must be gutted that its ended up on a night when Corrie isnt usually shown and not even advertised in most if any tv guides. Hopefully lots of people will realise and tune in.
