I meant to ask when you posted it, could you explain what this picture is showing?

The end of the first episode was strange tonight. It was almost as if they left the scene running too long. An angry David Platt turned in to a smiling Jack P. Shepherd and Lewis Archer who was restraining him, let go of him and turned in to Nigel Havers. This used to happen a lot in On the Buses but it is unusual to see it happen in a modern TV programme, although this is not the first time I have noticed it at the end of Coronation Street.

Tommy was calling Rick, Rick is on the phone there in his Range Rover (he gets around in that thing lol)

They probably left it running too long, it seemed to last a bit longer than usual after end of part one music lol

Thanks for that. Does anyone know when they plan to start filming here?

Sometime in 2013, I presume either starting May or June next year - thus giving time to build, rest and test the area, and make modifications, if necessary, before eventually film proper.

Interesting that they're using a steel frame for the terrace this time, whereas pictures from the construction of the current set show it was a purely brick and mortar construction.
