The episode that springs to my mind is the one where Fred takes Betty and Bet out in Annies Rover and they end up in the lake.
I was very saddened to hear last night of Betty's passing and I hope ITV do a special tribute including showing a full classic episode, like they used to do when somebody died, eg Pat Phoenix, Violet Carson.
Betty was a remarkable actress and character and may she RIP

Shield thine eyes.
You know I can't decide whether it's a cleverly spun critique on the vacuousness of perceived achievement in modern life
or just ****.
I don't even care she's leaving, her acting is atrocious! Did anyone see that spin-off show thingy? *cringe*

Helen said: “I have played Rosie Webster for more than half my life and I feel that the time has come for me move on and try something new. I am very excited about what the future might hold for me ."
I imagine the most exciting thing she'll have to look forward to is fortnightly visits to the Jobcentre!
Today it's been confirmed 'Dozey Plebster' is to leave the street, with her final appearance on screen in February.

Well, you have pretty much covered everything that happens on television so it is not like you are going to be proved wrong.
I predict it will either rain tomorrow or it won't.
What are the chances that within 2 years she will either be Ice Skating, Dancing, Eating Jungle Critters or sitting in a house?

If she can do a Scottish accent she's bound to have six months in Waterloo Road.

Is Ian Hyland observed yesterday: "That's one of the bikini slots on I'm A Celeb filled"!
